The room with a balcony was lovely and in a perfect location near everything; the check-in process was easy.

I had a perfect 10/10 stay, with location near everything. It had comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows. There was a bathtub in the private bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. From the moment we booked until we arrived, the communication was excellent. João greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack and all the necessary detergents provided. The apartment was clean and fresh linen was provided halfway through our stay. The complex was well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds at the pool. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to both the beach and the town.

The only thing that we wished for was a proper party playlist to get the vibe going in the apartment. It would have been awesome to have a banging speaker system that we could connect our phones to and blast our favorite tunes while getting ready to paint the town red.

We stayed at Apartamento Viva Local for a week and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment had all the amenities we could ask for, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. The host even provided pods for the coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The bed was large and comfortable, and the extra books left for us to read were a nice addition. The apartment was well-maintained and cleaned halfway through our stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and the town. our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this hotel.

This apartment at Vila Da Praia was excellent for our stay. It had everything we needed and more, perfect for a family holiday. The location was great, with access to a swimming pool and very secure. Our host, João, was very helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here!
